Dealing with Kirsty has been a pleasure from the start, she is always understanding and friendly, along with being utterly professional. I am always a little shocked at how quickly she fixes any issues we are having and normally am in touch with the engineer/provider to make an appointment to come out to us within half an hour of notifying Kirsty of an issue.
